RSSmeme Design Refresh

I never was a huge fan of the RSSmeme layout and design. I had several problems with it:
It was never clear to the user what page they were currently looking at and where they could go.

Messages got lost in the data.

I was running out of space for links in the header.

Yes; you might need to force a refresh as Amazon will try it's hardest to
not send you an updated stylesheet if you have one cached.

Love the design! Don't see any favicons though, did someone already complain?

I updated the post to reflect the change. In IE it renders broken links
(for sites without a root /favicon.ico) as a red X. Firefox just skips over
it. So the site was looking ugly in IE. When I come up with a solution
I'll reimplement the favicons.

Favicons have been back for some time now. I'm using the Google favicon to png API now: http://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain=rssmem...
